Trough type cable tray spray plastic technology is also known as electrostatic powder spraying. It uses an electrostatic generator to make the plastic powder charged, adsorbed on the surface of the iron plate, and then after baking at 180-220 ℃, the powder is melted and adhered to the metal surface. The spray plastic products are mostly used for indoor boxes, and the paint film shows a flat or matte effect. Spray powder mainly includes acrylic powder, polyester powder, etc.
The technological process of electrostatic spray molding for trough cable tray:
Objective: to remove the oil, dust and rust on the surface of the workpiece, and to form a "phosphating layer" on the surface of the workpiece which can resist corrosion and increase the adhesion of the spray coating.
Main process steps: degreasing, derusting, phosphating and passivation. After pre-treatment, the surface of the workpiece is free of oil, rust and dust, and a uniform and rough gray phosphating film is formed on the original silvery white shiny surface, which is not easy to rust. It can not only prevent rust, but also increase the adhesion of the spray coating
2. Electrostatic spraying
Objective: to spray powder coating evenly on the surface of workpieces. Special workpieces (including positions prone to electrostatic shielding) should be sprayed with high-performance electrostatic spray molding machine.
Using the principle of electrostatic adsorption, spray a layer of powder coating evenly on the surface of the workpiece;
The fallen powder is recovered through the recovery system and can be reused after screening
3. High temperature curing
Objective: to heat the powder coating on the surface of the workpiece to the specified temperature and keep it warm for the corresponding time, so as to melt, level and solidify it, so as to obtain the desired surface effect of the workpiece.
Process steps: push the sprayed workpiece into the curing furnace, heat it to a predetermined temperature (generally 185 degrees), and keep it for a corresponding time (15 minutes); open the furnace, take it out and cool it to get the finished product.
Tips: heating and control system (including electric heating, fuel oil, gas, coal and other heating methods) + insulation box = curing furnace.
4. Decoration treatment:
Objective: to achieve a special appearance effect of the workpiece after electrostatic spraying, such as various wood grain, pattern, polishing, etc.
